Firefighters' Occupational Disease Regulation
Diseases and minimum cumulative periods prescribed
1 The diseases set out in Column 1 of the Table are prescribed as occupational diseases for the purposes of section 6.1 (2) of the Workers Compensation Act and the minimum cumulative period set out in Column 2 of the Table is prescribed for the purposes of section 6.1 (3) (a) of that Act for the occupational disease set out opposite it in Column 1.
