Prescribed classes

1   The prescribed classes of financial agreements for the purposes of section 76 (1) (c) of the Financial Administration Act are:

(a) options to enter into any of the agreements referred to in section 76 (1) (b) of the Financial Administration Act;

(b) forward security purchase or sale agreements;

(c) options to enter into forward security purchase or sale agreements;

(d) equity-index linked futures agreements;

(e) equity-index linked exchange agreements;

(f) options to enter into equity-index linked futures agreements or equity-index linked exchange agreements;

(g) options to purchase or sell any security.
