Provisions applicable to heritage property

1 For the purposes of section 23 (1) of the Heritage Conservation Act, sections 2, 3 (1), 8 (1) to (4), 9 and 14 to 27 of the Park Act apply to a Provincial heritage property.

Section 2 was enacted by 219/2012, effective July 19, 2012.
