Treasury Board orders that section 4 of the First Nations Clean Energy Business Fund Regulation, B.C. Reg. 377/2010, is amended

(c) effective April 1, 2029, in subsection (1) by striking out "55%" and substituting "50%", and

(d) effective April 1, 2029, in subsection (3) by striking out "68.18%" and substituting "75%".
