Successor gas operator designation
1 Effective immediately after acquisition by Vancouver Island Gas Company Ltd. of all of the shares owned by the authority in Victoria Gas Company (1988) Limited in a disposition approved under section 22 (1) (a) of the Hydro and Power Authority Privatization Act,
(a) Victoria Gas Company (1988) Limited is designated as a successor gas operator, and
(b) the designation of Victoria Gas Company (1988) Limited as a gas distribution intermediary, made by the Victoria Gas Distribution Intermediary Regulation, is revoked.
