Referendum Act
Referendum Regulation
[includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 272/91]
1 Sections11, 79, 80.1, 89 to 93, 95 to 100, 102 to 121, 122 except the provision in subsection (1) (g) respecting the proclamation of a duly elected candidate, 124, 126, 128, 129, 138 to 143, 146 to 171, 179 to 195 and 200 of the Election Act apply to a referendum held under the Referendum Act in conjunction with a general election under the Election Act.

2 For the purpose of a referendum referred to in section 1, the ballot paper shall be in the form set out in the Schedule to this regulation.
