Victoria Gas Special Direction Regulation
Interpretation
1 In this order, "stabilization agreement" means an agreement to be entered into in the form of the "Stabilization Agreement" between the government and Victoria Gas Company (1988) Limited, as filed in the office of the Deputy Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources on February 22, 1989.

2 With respect to the exercise of its powers and functions under the Utilities Commission Act, in relation to Victoria Gas Company (1988) Limited, the commission shall
(a) make reference to, and take into account, the stabilization agreement, and
(b) apply the Victoria Gas Service Rate Base Order.
