Definitions

1  In this regulation:

"authority" means the BC Transportation Financing Authority;

"system of charges" means the system of charges established by the authority for the Sierra Yoyo Desan Road and approved by the Lieutenant Governor in Council under section 21 (2) of the Build BC Act.

 System of charges to be published in the Gazette

2  The system of charges must be published in the Gazette as soon as practicable after approval is given by the Lieutenant Governor in Council to the system of charges.

 Calculations of charges for each assessment period to be published

3  The authority must publish, by notice in the Gazette, the charges that it calculates for an assessment period under the system of charges.

 Consultation with users

4  The authority must consult with industrial users

(a) before making any changes to the formula for calculating charges to industrial users under the system of charges, and

(b) before adding any new categories of industrial users.
