Application of regulation during strikes

1 During the period and for each period that inspectors are on strike, sections 20 (1), (2) and (4), 22, 23 (1), 24 (1), 28 (2) and (3) and 28.1 (1) and (2) of the Livestock Identification Regulation, B.C. Reg. 69/81, do not apply.

Application of regulation during strikes

1 During the period and for each period that Inspectors are on strike, sections 20 (1) and (2), 22 (1) and (2), 23 (1), 24 (1) and 28 (2) and (3) of B.C. Reg. 69/81, the Livestock Brand Regulation, have no application.
