Property Transfer Tax (Treaty Lands) Remission Regulation

Remission of tax

1   Authorization is given for the remission of tax paid or payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act by a transferee set out in Column 1 of the Schedule in relation to the transfer of the property described opposite in Column 2 of the Schedule on the date set out in Column 3 of the Schedule.
