Designated Property Regulation

Prescribed classes of property
1 The prescribed classes of property to be designated under section 17 (17) (a) of the British Columbia Transit Act from among those classes of property that are prescribed under section 19 of the Assessment Act shall be those classes of property set out in Schedule A.
