(d) pharmacists, but only for the purpose of prescribing the following drugs for emergency contraception:

(i) ethinyl estradiol;

(ii) norgestrel;

(iii) progestin;

Persons who may both prescribe drugs and own pharmacies

3   For the purposes of section 5 (1) of the Act, a pharmacist who is authorized to prescribe a drug listed in section 2 (d) of this regulation for the purpose of emergency contraception may be a direct owner or an indirect owner.
