2 The powers, duties and functions of the board of the SCBCTAPS are those set out in section 4.2 (2) (c) of the Police Act.

(1) This regulation as it read immediately before its amendment on November 25, 2022 applies in relation to the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Police Service established by Ministerial Order 30/2013.
(2) This section is repealed on December 31, 2022.
