New Era Hydro Corporation Exemption Regulation

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Utilities Commission Act.

Exemption

2 New Era Hydro Corporation is exempt from Part 3, except for section 22, of the Act in respect of the sale of electricity generated at Fraser, British Columbia, to the Yukon Government.
