Residential Tenancy Regulation

63 Section 39 (f) to (j) of the Residential Tenancy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 477/2003, is repealed and the following substituted:

(f) a person who is authorized under the Health Professions and Occupations Act to practise the designated health profession of

  (i) medicine,

 (ii) nursing or psychiatric nursing, or

(iii) psychology; .

64 Section 40 (c) is amended

(a) by repealing subparagraph (i) and substituting the following:

(i) referred to in section 39 (f) (ii) or (iii) or (l), or , and

(b) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out "Health Professions Act" and substituting "Health Professions and Occupations Act".
