Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act
Expected Revenue Outcome for the 2010/2011 Fiscal Year Regulation
Revenue targets
1 For the purposes of section 5 (2) of the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act,
(a) the sources of actual revenue for the 2010/2011 fiscal year are specified as audit and revenue compliance related activities in respect of taxes, resource royalties and other revenues payable under enactments administered by the revenue minister, and
(b) the amount of actual revenue in the 2010/2011 fiscal year from the revenue sources referred to in paragraph (a) is specified as $185 325 000.
