Surplus Property Designation
Regulation No. 3
Designation of surplus properties
1 Of the railway properties described as
(a) PID 025-981-625, Parcel A (Plan BCP10779) of Part of District Lot 3085 Peace River District shown on Plan 32999,
(b) PID 025-981-633, Parcel B (Plan BCP10779) of Part of District Lot 3085 Peace River District shown on Plan 32999, and
(c) PID 013-019-805, that Part of District Lot 1629, Peace River District as shown on Plan 32999,
the portions of those properties that are identified as road on the map attached as Schedule A are designated surplus property as those portions do not relate to the provision of revitalization rail services.
The map in Schedule A is exempt from publication. It may be seen at the following location:
