Included organizations

1   The following organizations are included in the definition of "education and health sector organization" in section 1 (1) of the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act:

(a) Repealed. [B.C. Reg. 17/2016, s. (a).]

(b) British Columbia Health Services Purchasing Organization;

(c) BC Clinical and Support Services Society;

(d) British Columbia Emergency Health Services;

(e) Provincial Health Services Authority;

(f) BC Health Care Occupational Health and Safety Society;

(g) regulatory colleges within the meaning of the Health Professions and Occupations Act.
