Contravention of Prescribed Provisions Regulation

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Financial Institutions Act.

Insurance Council authority to suspend,
cancel, restrict licences and impose fines

2 For the purpose of section 231 (1) (e.1) of the Act, sections 2, 3, 3.1 and 3.2 of the Financial Products Disclosure Regulation are prescribed provisions of the regulation.
