Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 15
Exemption
1 Transfer to Malahat Nation Land Corporation, Inc. No. BC0962347, of the property described below is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:
Lot 1, District Lot 90, Malahat District, Plan EPP30115, PID 029-097-908.
Retroactive effect
2 This regulation is retroactive to July 30, 2013, with effect on and after that date.
