Motor Vehicle Act

[Last amended February 1, 2026 by B.C. Reg. 9/2026]

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Motor Vehicle Act.

2 For the purposes of sections 215 and 215.41 (2) of the Act, the following devices are prescribed:

(a) Alcolmeter S-L2;

(b) Alco-Sensor IV DWF;

(d) Alcotest 6000.
