Prescribed number of days

2 For the purpose of section 215.1 (1) of the Act, the prescribed number of days within which a person may apply for a review of a driving prohibition review served under section 215 (2) (b) is 7 days.

Prescribed application fee

3 For the purposes of section 215.1 (1) (b) of the Act, the prescribed application fee is $50.
