Frequency and Time of Payments
of Horse Race Betting Fees

Application of fees

1 The lottery corporation is directed that, in applying the fees collected under section 16 of the Gaming Control Act in accordance with section 14 (2) of that Act, it must do so on a monthly basis, on or before the last day of each month and in the amount or amounts that the lottery corporation received for the previous month.
