Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Forestry Service Providers Protection Act.

Section 3 was enacted by BC Reg 3/2013, effective January 18, 2013.

Section 3 (1) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 286/2016, effective December 7, 2016.

(1) In this section, "services", in respect of forest products, means felling, bucking, yarding, skidding, processing, chipping, grinding, decking, loading, hauling, unloading, dryland sorting and logging road construction and maintenance.
