Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority
3 The South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority established under the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act is a prescribed entity for the purpose of the definition of "entity" in section 1 of the Police Act.

South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority
3 Each of the following is prescribed as an entity for the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of "entity" in section 1 of the Police Act:
(a) the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority established under the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act;
(b) TransLink Security Management Ltd., a subsidiary of the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority established under the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act.
