Guide Animal Act
Guide Animal Regulation
Certificate issuance
1 The minister may issue a certificate pursuant to section 7 of the Act if the guide dog has been trained in any of the following facilities:
(a) The Seeing Eye, Inc., Morristown, New Jersey;
(b) Guide Dogs for the Blind, Inc., San Rafael, California;
or any other facility which, in the minister's opinion, provides an acceptable standard of training.
