Vacation Entitlement
for Re-Employed Appointees Regulation

Definition

1 In this regulation, "vacation year" means a calendar year commencing January 1 and ending December 31 of that year.

Past vacation entitlement

2 If a person who is appointed under section 12 or 15 of the Public Service Act has accumulated vacation years as an employee or appointee under the Act prior to the appointment, the calculation of the annual vacation entitlement for that person is to include those accumulated vacation years.
