Access to Services (COVID-19) Regulation

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Access to Services (COVID-19) Act.

Designated policing unit

2 For the purposes of the definition of "police officer" in section 1 of the Act, the designated policing unit known as the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Police Service is prescribed.
