Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Musqueam Reconciliation, Settlement and Benefits Agreement Implementation Act, S.B.C. 2008, c. 6.

Effective date

2 The effective date for the purposes of the Act is April 14, 2008.

Vested lands

3 The corporations that are set out in Column 1 are designated for the purposes of the section of the Act shown opposite each of them as set out in Column 2:
