Conditions For Suspension or Cancellation of an Exemption Regulation
1 The superintendent may, under section 80 (2) of the Real Estate Act, suspend or cancel an exemption in respect of a person who is granted an exemption from Part 2 of the Act under section 80 of the Real Estate Act where the person
(a) has been convicted of violating the Real Estate Act or regulations made under it,
(b) has made a misstatement in any document submitted for filing under the Real Estate Act, or in an advertisement respecting the sale or lease of a subdivision,
(c) has made a misstatement in the offer of sale or lease, or the sale or lease of a subdivision,
(d) has been convicted of an offence that involves dishonesty, fraud or misrepresentation, or
(e) has failed to comply with an order of the superintendent made pursuant to the Real Estate Act or regulations made under that Act.
