Definitions

1   In this regulation:

"Act" means the Tla'amin Final Agreement Act;

"affected agreement" means a tree farm licence referred to in section 14 (2) or (3) of the Act.

Compensation

2   (1) The compensation to which the holder of an affected agreement is entitled under section 14 (7) (a) of the Act is an amount equal to the value, for the unexpired portion of the term of the agreement, of the rights referred to in that section under the agreement that are taken by a means referred to in that section.

(2) The compensation to which the holder of an affected agreement is entitled under section 14 (7) (b) of the Act in relation to an improvement referred to in that section is an amount equal to the value of the improvement.
