Section 3 was enacted by BC Reg 39/2024, effective March 4, 2024.

Section 3 BEFORE self-repealed by BC Reg 83/2023, effective December 31, 2024.

3 (1) This section applies in respect of the costs of participation in the 2022 commission established under section 2 of the Act.

(2) Despite section 2, the amount for the purposes of section 7.1 (2) of the Act is 100% of costs to a maximum of $116 000.

(3) This section is repealed on December 31, 2024.
