Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 20
Exemption
1 Transfers to Y.F.N. Developments Inc., Inc. No. BC 0911364, of the property described below is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:
Block C of District Lot 1895 and of Section 34 Township 6 Range 26 W6M and of Sections 2, 10, 11, 13 and 14 Township 7 Range 26 W6M Yale Division Yale District as shown on Plan EPP39668, PID 029-399-831.
Retroactive effect
2 This regulation is retroactive to September 18, 2014, with effect on and after that date.
