1 Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended
(a) in Column 2 of Item 1B by repealing paragraph (c),
(b) in Column 3 of Item 1B by striking out "Section 3 of the Firearm Act",
(c) in Column 2 of Item 7B by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
(a) Firearm Violence Prevention Act ,
(d) in Column 3 of Item 7B by adding "Every provision of the Firearm Violence Prevention Act, the contravention of which constitutes an offence, other than those provisions referred to in Column 1 of Schedule 2" opposite paragraph (a) in Column 2,
(e) in Column 2 of Item 9B by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) Firearm Violence Prevention Act , and
(f) in Column 3 of Item 9B by striking out "Section 3 of the Firearm Act" opposite paragraph (b) in Column 2 and substituting "Every provision of the Firearm Violence Prevention Act, the contravention of which constitutes an offence, other than those provisions referred to in Column 1 of Schedule 2".
2 Schedule 2 is amended
(a) by striking out the following items as indicated:
