Prescribed roads
1 A road on land other than Crown land providing access to the site of an oil and gas activity referred to in paragraphs (a) to (e) or (g) of the definition of "oil and gas activity" in section 1 (2) of the Oil and Gas Activities Act is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (f) of that definition.
