1 The report required to be published under section 1 (1) of the Regulatory Reporting Act must include the following information:
(a) the goals and objectives of the government's regulatory reform initiatives;
(b) the number of regulatory requirements, as determined by the minister, on March 31 of the year in which the report is published;
(c) an explanation of the methodology used by the minister to determine the number of regulatory requirements referred to in paragraph (b);
(d) a historical comparison of the number of regulatory requirements referred to in paragraph (b);
(e) an assessment of the government's regulatory reform initiatives undertaken during the 12-month period ending on March 31 of the year in which the report is published.
