Definitions

1   In this regulation:

"Act" means the Utilities Commission Act;

"Tyson Creek Transmission System" means the transmission system owned by Tyson Creek Hydro Corp. on the date this regulation comes into force.

Exemption

2   The Tyson Creek Hydro Corp. and its successors and assigns are exempt from Part 3 of the Act in respect of

(a) the Tyson Creek Transmission System,

(b) the provision of service respecting the transmission of electricity from the Narrows Inlet Hydroelectric Project to the authority’s transmission system,

(c) extensions of the Tyson Creek Transmission System, and

(d) reconstruction of the Tyson Creek Transmission System.
