Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 35

Exemption

1   The Tsain-Ko Housing Society is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act in respect of the November 28, 2023 taxable transaction by which the Tsain-Ko Housing Society acquired a leasehold estate in the property legally described as follows:

Lot A Sechelt Band Lands (Sechelt) No. 2, formerly known as Sechelt Indian Reserve Number 2, Group 1 New Westminster District Plan EPP100334, PID 031-060-692.

Retroactive effect

2   This regulation is retroactive to November 28, 2023, with effect on and after that date.
