 Limitation periods

6  The period of limitation in respect of a right of action starts to run from April 15, 1970 if on that date

(a) the person has reached age 19 but not 21, and

(b) the limitation period applicable to the action would have started to run on the person becoming age 21 if this Act had not been enacted.
