(2) The accounts of a board must be audited by a person appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

Section 5 BEFORE repealed by 2003-22-8, effective April 10, 2003 (Royal Assent).

5 The Purchasing Commission Act does not apply to this Act.
