(3) Despite subsections (1) and (2), this Act is subject to the Agricultural Land Reserve Act, the Ecological Reserve Act, the Environment and Land Use Act, the Waste Management Act and the Water Act.

5 (1) The Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations may accept money, received from a gift or grant, for the acquisition or maintenance of greenbelt land.
