Agreements with Canada
1 The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, for the government, may enter into an agreement with Canada on crop insurance in British Columbia under terms required by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

Audit of corporation
2 The books and accounts of a corporation established under this Act must be audited at least once a year by a person appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

3 In the absence of a special vote of the Legislature, the expenses incurred and any money that the government becomes liable to pay in carrying out the terms of an agreement entered into under this Act must be paid out of the consolidated revenue fund.
