Section 5 (2) BEFORE amended by 2003-52-425, effective January 1, 2004 (BC Reg 465/2003, repealing BC Reg 428/2003).

(2) The minister may make conditional grants referred to in section 4 (1) (c) to a greater board as defined in the Local Government Act.
