(2)  With the approval of the Purchasing Commission, the minister may do the following:

 Agreements with other governments

7  With the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the minister may enter into agreements on behalf of the government with the government of Canada, the government of a province or an agent of the government of Canada or a province.

  Section 8 BEFORE repealed by 2000-23-41, effective March 31, 2002.

 Annual report

8  (1)  The minister must each year submit to the Lieutenant Governor in Council a report for the preceding fiscal year respecting the work performed by the ministry.

(2)  The minister must lay the report before the Legislative Assembly as soon as practicable.

(2) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations respecting fees that may be charged by provincial laboratories for services performed on the request of a person, other than a public officer acting in the course of his or her duties under an enactment, including fees for
