Section 1 definition "board" BEFORE amended by 2010-9-57, effective October 4, 2010 (BC Reg 274/2010).

"board" means the Mediation and Arbitration Board referred to in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act;

Section 5 (2) BEFORE amended by 2010-9-58, effective October 4, 2010 (BC Reg 274/2010).

(2) For the purpose of this section, Part 3 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act applies, with any additions and modifications the Lieutenant Governor in Council prescribes.
