Sechelt Indian Government District Home Owner Grant Act

Section 1 BEFORE re-enacted by 2024-10-54, effective April 25, 2024 (Royal Assent).

Definition

1 In this Act, "district" means the Sechelt Indian Government District recognized by section 17 of the Sechelt Indian Band Self-Government Act (Canada).
