(a) a person who owns or operates in British Columbia equipment or facilities for the diverting, developing, pumping, impounding, distributing or furnishing of water to or for 5 or more persons, or to a corporation, for compensation, and
(h) a person who supplies water by tanker truck, or
(i) a person who sells bottled water.
Section 1 (j) was added to definition of "water utility" by 2001-9-102, effective April 11, 2001 (Royal Assent).
