Provincial Sales Tax Exemption and Refund Regulation

19 Section 1 (1) of the Provincial Sales Tax Exemption and Refund Regulation, B.C. Reg. 97/2013, is amended by repealing paragraph (b) of the definition of "prescription" and substituting the following:

(b) despite section 3 (2) of the Schedule to the Regulated Health Practitioners Regulation, a contact lens record or dispensing authority, as those terms are defined in section 3 (1) of that Schedule to that regulation; .

20 Section 3 (1) (i) (i) is amended by striking out "Health Professions Act" and substituting "Health Professions and Occupations Act".
