Regulations setting out HOURS OF WORK substitutions for individual mines do not appear in this publication. They are published in the British Columbia Gazette, Part II, and a complete list may be found in the Index of Current B.C. Regulations.

The Health, Safety and Reclamation Code referred to in section 34 of the Mines Act is not a regulation for the purposes of the Regulations Act. Copies of the Code may be obtained from:
