14 April 1, 2004

Section 14(1) and (2) BEFORE amended by 2003-54-27, Schedule A effective April 1, 2004 (BC Reg 11/04).

(1) A payment that is authorized or required under law to be made to the government may be made in electronic form in a manner specified by the Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations.

(2) A payment that is authorized or required to be made by the government may be made in electronic form in a manner specified by the Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations.
